At Bush Telegraph we were really excited about this project as it allowed us to provide the customer with all the aspects to continue to develop this hugely successful business. We provided a Samsung 7200 Officeserve platform with Integrated Voice Management Services, Direct Dial, improved Network and Caller Line Identification, cordless headsets and a converged solution that linked the system to their CRM.
Ultimately this provided Burts potato Crisps with a system that supported their unique commercial style, providing the staff with the freedom to move around. The system will also support their increased growth and volume of calls, allowing them to improve sales and enhance customer support levels without further need for additional expenditure.
Veor Surgery
With increasing demand on the surgery’s busy switchboard, coupled with the high running costs of an outdated system that provided the bare minimum of functionality, Bush were asked to look at a solution for Veor Surgery.
We realised quickly that the critical area that needed to be addressed was peak time call volumes, each call having different requirements from patients booking appointments or receiving triage to suppliers and other organisations calling regarding operational issues. We needed to make sure the calls were directed to the appropriate departments during the surgery’s opening hours, without compromising on patient care.
We provided a bespoke solution to manage incoming calls, thus allowing for a fundamental change and benefits to the surgery’s working practices. The changes brought about by the more effective and improved system not only ensured a better level of service, but also a significantly positive difference to the operations costs.

Westover Green Community Primary School.
The school needed the ability for all the teachers to be able to intercommunicate with the other staff without leaving the classroom and also wanted to improve operating efficiencies, reduce costs and take advantage of technology while investing in a telephone system that would be easy to use and manage. The challenge was to create a stable, reliable system that would meet the school’s needs in a cost effective way.
